I really feel 1984 is still as powerful today as it was shocking and provocative in 1954 its so very relevant and overall a great film while V for Vendetta is an unofficial quasi-remake of sorts with all the great moments and lessons from the original graphic novels and historical elements perfectly embodied im going with V here as it has really been one of the most influential and social significant film globally of the past decade! in point two of the most important social commentary film of big brother and government ever made!
