Not as bad as I feared, but that's like saying that my last root canal was less painful than I anticipated.

Bad script, terrible acting, bland camera work, ear stabbing music. This movie has it all AND more!

Definitely not a total success, and probably an example of the creators learning more by making the film than we learn by watching it. Still, there's definitely something here and I can't bring myself to totally write it off as garbage. It's hard to take your eyes of Lohan and Deen, though most of the rest of the cast is largely awful. Maybe it's the aggressive non-acting as well as the stupidly cheap budget and ultra-flat capitalist aesthetic. Like I said, it's something, even if the movie itself can't articulate it very well.

The opening diner scene is definitely the worst thing in the entire movie though, so I can see people wanting to immediately turn the movie off.
