The worst version of A Christmas Carol I've ever seen... Why even make this??? Magoo can see perfectly well throughout the "play" that he is "acting" in... a play with such elaborate location changes and special effects, I thought the animators just forgot that they had created that setup. But at the end they show us the audience and do a curtain call, so that Magoo can finally do his bumbling "I can't see" schtick. Meanwhile, the Ghosts appear in the wrong order, there is no mention of Scrooge's nephew Fred, and they insert more insipid songs than I can count, including the final song that praises all the stuff that Scrooge's money bought -- its almost like the creators completely missed the point of the story. And hey Tiny Tim! Say "Razzleberry" one more time... maybe it'll be cute/funny the 58th time. Ugh.
