Why does this film exist? I mean, seriously, Disney has it's hand so far up pixar's asshole right now, couldn't they make do with the Cars sequel, the Monsters Inc prequel, the Finidng Nemo sequel and the possible Toy Story 4 that they're forcing them to do? Apparently not, because they had to make Planes. A movie . . . about . . . Planes.

So disappointed in Lasseter for attaching his name to this one. There was an endless stream of puns. Like there was a bonus program for writing puns. I liked Cars, but this was a painfully obvious attempt to capitalize on the IP, and between Planes and Cars 2, Pixar needs to up the ante in a big way with a new franchise.
