well at least it is better than captain marvel, the first avenger, dark world. still it adds almost nothing to the mcu other than the post credits scene

What the ever loving living hell did they do to the Taskmaster???? Horrible. Why ruin a classic villain???? Why? This is honestly worse than the Mandarin fiasco. At least IM3 was a good film overall.

Nowhere near as good as the character deserved. Yet, this film was not the train wreck that I was expecting. For every wrong turn or poorly crafted element there seemed to be two positives. In other words, two steps forward and one step back. While that formula isn’t the most pleasant journey, it gets you where you need to go. That’s the definition of this movie at this late time… a satisfactory film that delivered Natasha’s back story in a proficient manner. It’s not completely soulless but leaning heavily in that direction. The action isn’t noteworthy but it’s not pathetic either. The more you digest the film, the more middle of the road it gets as there are some things to like and some things to roll your eyes at and hate.

Decent Marvel film, around about Tom Holland Spider Man films and slightly better than the Ant Man series. Florence Pugh is excellent and easily the best part of the film. 7/10, worth it if you want to go to the Cinema again

Okay now I think it's pretty weak. There's nothing to distinguish it from every other Marvel film aside from it being Black Widow's only sole film and Hopper from Stranger Things being in it. Aside from the car chase near the start, the action was pretty bog standard. Florence Pugh still does steal the show though. 5/10 from me

Black Widow is close to being one of the worst installments of the MCU, it's only redeeming qualities are Scarlett Johansson and Florence Pugh's characters.

I would completely agree with you expect I would add David Harbour as a redeeming factor as well
