Was quite disappointed by this one upon my most recent viewing. Perhaps it's something not being well-versed in Chinese culture, but I honestly had no idea what the story was really about. The film's internal logic felt so confused to me. It also isn't particularly funny, often feeling way too frantic and random with its jokes. Still, Stephen Chow is awesome.
